Scholarships Awarded Annually
The following is a list of Community Foundation scholarships, which are awarded to assist students in continuing their postsecondary education.
Only some of the scholarships listed below have applications that may be filled out by the general public, and those applications follow this list. Please call us for information on any other scholarship you may have questions about.

Charles Anderson Scholarship – for students who are children of members of First United Methodist Church in Vancouver, WA and/or are lineal descendants of life members of Mt. Hood Masonic Lodge #32 (PDF Application Download).
Gerald Bergquist Scholarship for R.A. Long High School – for graduates of R.A. Long High School (PDF Application Download).
Gerald Bergquist Scholarship for Kelso High School – for graduates of Kelso High School (PDF Application Download).
Brinckerhoff Family Scholarship – for graduates of R.A. Long High School
Buck Scholarship Fund – for students attending Our Lady of Lourdes School
Beverly Canale Memorial Scholarship – for students who attended Silver Star Elementary (PDF Application Download).
Castle Rock Dollars for Scholars – for graduates of Castle Rock High School
Constance Cerveny Music Scholarship – for students pursuing a music education
Dave Chamberlain Scholarship – for graduates of Evergreen School District pursuing a degree in Education (PDF Application Download).
College Scholarship for Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington – for current members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington to improve their circumstances through continuing education.
Columbia Vista Corporation Scholarship - for dependents of Columbia Vista Corporation employees, or active members in the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington with a G.P.A. of at least 3.0 (PDF Application Download).
Percy and Laura Conrad Memorial Scholarship - for graduates of Cordova High School pursuing a degree in Marine Biology (PDF Application Download).
Dennis Dietz Memorial Scholarship – for graduates of R.A. Long High School
Leslie B. Durst Scholarship – for graduates of VSAA pursuing an education in the arts (PDF Application Download).
Gabriel Antonio Fazio Scholarship – for students attending Our Lady of Lourdes School

Dr. and Mrs. Robert L. Pulliam, Jr. Scholarship – for graduates of Cowlitz County high schools
Tracy Andreas Sanderson Breast Cancer Education Scholarship –for continuing education in the field of mammography
Andrew J. Shields Memorial Scholarship – for high school graduates who have been enrolled in any accredited Fire Cadet program in southwest Washington (PDF Application Download).

Michael and Mildred P. Tochen Scholarship Fund for the Arts
Established in memory of Michael and Mildred Tochen for their volunteerism and love of the arts. Scholarship funds provide tuition assistance for students from Shelby County, TN who plan to pursue an education in the arts. (PDF Application Download).
Betty and Glenn Tribe Scholarship – for graduates of Ridgefield and Battle Ground high schools and students attending Clark College and Washington State University, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering (PDF Application Download).
Frances Tribe Memorial Nursing Scholarship - for students planning to obtain a Nursing Degree from Clark College (PDF Application Download).
Trowbridge Children Memorial Scholarship – athletic scholarships for graduates of Goldendale High School

Jay and Diane Zidell Scholarship - to encourage individuals who are in the workforce and who want to improve their personal and financial circumstances through education. Applicants must be employed a minimum of 10 hours per week while attending school. (PDF Application Download).
