Passing the Baton of Philanthropy
Glenn and Betty Tribe look back fondly on their humble Clark County roots now that, after years out of state, retirement has brought them back full circle to family property in Vancouver. Out of this deep commitment to community and a desire to share this with future generations was born the Tribe Cousins Charitable Fund.
Created with a block of appreciated stock, the fund is managed by six Tribe cousins – “caring young people” whose judgment their grandparents respect – who relish this opportunity to give back to their community. For the Tribe family (pictured at right), it’s a perfect way to honor the past while celebrating to the future.
