Training Schedule

Project Management for Your Giving Day

Presented by Ash Shepherd from NTEN
When it comes to complex projects like online fundraising campaigns, the challenges of scope, budget, timeline, roles, ROI and resources can be overwhelming obstacles to success. Learn how you can overcome those obstacles to successfully execute an online fundraising campaign with a few simple techniques. Finally, we’ll look at some tools you can use to help a well-conceived and planned project stay on course through completion.

Branding Your Give More 24! Campaign

Presented by Marc Neidlinger from Blue Blazes and Maury Harris from the Community Foundation
Branding makes you look good. But what’s that really worth? Quite a lot according to the data. That’s because branding embodies your organizational values and builds trust. This session will show how to leverage the value of a brand, specifically the Give More 24! brand, for better online fundraising. From customizing your Give More 24! profile to applying assets across all communications, you’ll walk away ready to make your next fundraising effort stand out from the crowd.

Leverage Giving Day Donors for Ongoing Support

Presented by Ash Shepherd from NTEN
A lot of work goes into building donor trust and excitement for a giving day, and it often pays off in the form of new donors. But the real win comes from turning these successful acquisitions into recurring donations. This session will provide best practices for retaining and engaging Give More 24! donors throughout the year. From welcome email series to personal notes, you’ll leave with strategies and tactics to convert one-time donors into lifelong supporters.
