All Other Scholarships Open
Applications are typically open from December to April. Timelines may vary, but the application window will allow at least 16 weeks for submissions.
Awards Announced
Congratulations! Recipients are notified by email between June and August to start the scholarship acceptance and verification process. Decisions will be communicated to all applicants, both awarded and declined.
Funds Distributed
Your hard work pays off! Starting in July, scholarship funds are disbursed directly to the school listed on your Scholarship Acceptance Form.

“I Have A Dream” Scholarship in Honor of Mary and Dick Granger
Available to “I Have A Dream” Southwest Washington participants and their children, or an individual that currently or has previously been in formal, informal or spontaneous foster care in Clark County, Washington. Applicants may be graduating high school seniors, current college students or planning to attend college.
AIASWW Education Scholarship
Available to students who plan to pursue architecture as a career and who have been accepted to a university with an accredited architectural degree program. Students must have graduated from a high school in these counties: Pierce, Thurston, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Skamania, Wahkiakum, Clark, Cowlitz, or Grays Harbor Counties in Washington State.
Charles Anderson Scholarship
Available to current college students who are children of members of First United Methodist Church in Vancouver, WA or are lineal descendants of life members of Mt. Hood Masonic Lodge #32. Please contact the Vancouver First United Methodist Church at 360-693-5881 for information regarding their application. Applicants must be lineal descendants of a lifetime member of Mt. Hood Masonic Lodge #32.
Davis Family Legacy Scholarship
Available to graduating high school seniors from Kelso High School and R.A. Long High School who are presently or have previously been in formal, informal, or spontaneous foster, or are siblings in a foster care household and plan to attend a university, college, or trade school.
Jack and Carol Kelly Scholarship
Available to students that graduated from a high school in one of the four county areas: Clark County WA, Clackamas County OR, Washington County OR, or Multnomah County, OR; or children and grandchildren (first-generation) of employees of Instrument Sales & Services, Inc. Preference given to students planning to attend a vocational or technical college, apprenticeship program, or if they will pursue a course of study leading to a career in business.
Ken and Dean Kirn Scholarship
Available to residents of southwest Washington seeking vocational/technical education, Columbia Cascade Company employee or their dependents, graduates of the Inpatient or Outpatient Programs at Daybreak Youth Services, or graduates of the Open House Ministries Family Shelter both residents and their children.
La Center Community Scholarship Foundation Scholarships
Available to graduating high school seniors from La Center High School. This application is used to apply for multiple scholarships, each with its own eligibility requirements, managed by the La Center Community Scholarship Foundation.
LaChine Family Scholarship
Available to graduating seniors from Castle Rock High School, R.A. Long High School, and Kelso High School who are first-generation students (neither parent has completed a 4-year bachelor’s degree) and who plan to pursue any education path, including career or trade schools, apprenticeships, a 2-year degree or certificate, or a 4-year college or university.
