About Barbara Paulsen
Office Coordinator and Special Assistant
Barbara was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She landed in Vancouver in 1997 with her husband, and they are grateful to have raised their two children in this vibrant community. She has spent years volunteering at her children’s schools, both in the classroom and on various parent-teacher association boards. Barbara has a passion for children, especially teenagers, who are facing an increasingly complex world with immense challenges.
She brings a background in securities with skills that have translated into many professional roles over the years. Through each, she has honed her organization and customer service skills, and learned how to adapt and respond to ensure work is moving forward.
Currently, Barbara serves as treasurer for her neighborhood association. When she’s not at work or volunteering, you can find her curled up with a book, planning her next travel destination or taking walks in her neighborhood.
