About Chrissy Brown
Development Coordinator
As a key part of the development team, Chrissy works foster donor stewardship and community partnerships. She stepped into this role in 2023 after coordinated office management and administrative duties for our board and staff. Before the Foundation, Brown worked in scheduling and diagnostics for the PeaceHealth Southwest Cardiology Clinic. Today, she brings more than 20 years of administrative experience and a deep passion for building meaningful relationships into her daily work.
On top of it all, she has a knack for interior design, is an animal whisperer and loves to garden. She is a proud Vancouver native and mother of two children and three dogs. These roles formed her deep passion for children’s issues and animal welfare, which she champions as a regular volunteer for local nonprofits.
