This fund supports the most important and effective programs in Cowlitz County by assessing proposals in relation to existing needs and investing in the programs and projects that hold the most promise for effecting change.
What does the Cowlitz Community Fund support?
Its goal is to improve the quality of life in our community, which has allowed it to benefit programs and projects related to arts and culture, basic needs, education, health, neighborhoods and the environment.

How are grants awarded?
A grants advisory committee evaluates every proposal and interviews selected applicants before making a recommendation to the Board of Directors. The Board approves grants that improve our local quality of life.
